Order tracker block
Add the Order tracker section block to any page in the theme editor, then set card and section background, text colour, font family and font size from the block settings.
Order tracking
ORDA adds a tracking block to your theme. A customer enters their order number and the email on the order, and sees the fulfillment status, the carrier's tracking link and exactly which items are in each parcel — on your page, in your colours.
Turn on the app embed, drop the block on a page, and set its colours in the theme editor.
Why ORDA
Every one of those emails asks for something Shopify already knows. ORDA puts it in front of the customer instead.
Support answers the same status question a dozen times a day.
Customers look it up themselves, with the order number from their confirmation email.
A raw tracking link hands the customer over to the carrier's site.
The status and the carrier link render on your page, styled to your theme.
A split shipment turns into three separate questions.
Each fulfillment is listed with the items it contains, so a partial delivery explains itself.
“When will it get here?” has no answer on the product page.
An estimated-delivery block shows a date range and the time left before today's cut-off.
What you get
Two storefront blocks, one admin, and delivery rules that follow your own shipping reality.
Add the Order tracker section block to any page in the theme editor, then set card and section background, text colour, font family and font size from the block settings.
A second block counts down to your cut-off — “Order in the next 3h 20m to get it by…” before it passes, “Order today, arrives…” after.
Every lookup reads the order's fulfillments from Shopify: display status, carrier name and tracking URL, estimated delivery, and the delivered date once it lands.
Split and partial fulfillments each list their own line items with images, quantities and prices, instead of collapsing into one ambiguous status.
An order number on its own returns nothing. The email on the order has to match, blank identifiers are rejected outright, and the number is escaped before it reaches Shopify's search.
The admin records each lookup as found or not found, with a success rate and delivery-performance figures over the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Setup
The in-app setup guide checks the first two for you and tells you when the block is actually on a page.
ORDA installs like any Shopify app. There is nothing to host and no snippet to paste.
Enable ORDA's app embed in your theme editor. Nothing renders on the storefront until this is on, so the setup guide watches for it.
Drop the block on the page you want customers to land on — a dedicated tracking page works well — and match it to your theme.
Optional, and what powers the estimated-delivery block: a cut-off time, processing days and a transit-day range, scoped by country or product tag.
Where it goes
Link it from the footer and from your shipping emails, so the whole journey stays on your store.
The estimated-delivery block on a product template answers the arrival question while the customer is still deciding.
Point your “where is my order” macro at your own page instead of pasting a carrier link, and watch the found rate in the dashboard.
Pre-orders, backorders and multi-warehouse fulfillment all read clearly, because each shipment carries its own contents and status.
Pricing
ORDA's listing offers a single free plan. Everything on this page is in it.

FAQ
No. The block asks for the order number and the email address on the order, and both have to match before anything is returned. There is no login, and a bare order number is not enough on its own.
From the order's fulfillments in Shopify — the display status, the carrier name and its tracking link, the estimated delivery date and the delivered date. ORDA does not connect to carrier APIs itself; it surfaces what Shopify already records against each fulfillment, which is what your fulfillment app or shipping label wrote there.
No. ORDA ships as a theme app extension. You turn on the app embed, then add the Order tracker block from the theme editor and set its colours, font and size in the block settings. Removing the app removes the block.
From delivery rules you write in the admin: a daily cut-off time, processing days, and a minimum and maximum transit time, optionally counting working days only. Rules can be scoped to a country code or a product tag and ordered by priority, with one default that catches everything else. All of it is calculated in your store's own timezone.
Each fulfillment is shown on its own, with its own status, its own tracking link and the exact line items it contains. A customer who has received half an order can see which half is still moving.
Install ORDA, switch on the app embed, and add the block. The next “where is my order?” answers itself.
